They provided prompt service on the day that I called. Another part was needed and Charles worked really hard to get it and even called me on a Sunday to schedule the second service. Both technicians were knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. The price was reasonable for the work. They were honest and I felt that they cared about fixing the issue as soon as they could.

When the tech arrived I explained that the call for heat on the thermostat had no effect unless I switched the stat to off and waited an hour or so. He found a corroded sensor and replaced it. Great service. I use ProEdge for all my HVAC issues.

Jesus came through for my family and I. He was prompt, very informative and professional. My refrigerator had stopped working and I was overwhelmed with a party that I’m planning for the weekend. Our hvac failed to perform on Sunday am. On Monday I called the service I normally use. A new technician came and after he checked the unit, he said the repair would cost $3500. I told him I wanted a second opinion and search online.  Pro Edge contacted me and arranged for a technician to come to my house.  In short order he repaired the unit and explained in detail what was broken and how it functioned. Best of all, the total repair bill was  less than $300 dollars. Pro Edge has a new customer.

Definitely a five star business. They are honest and efficient and know what they are doing. My wall heater was not working and I initially had a different company come out to look at it. The other company did not disclose that they were charging a diagnostic fee, they told me afterwards that the repairs will  cost $1500 and that other company suggested that the heater is so old and should be replaced. They said they can replace it for $2900. I called Pro Edge services to get a second opinion and I am so glad I did. right away the owners send a technician out the same day to look at it. even on the phone he said, "are you sure that this cannot be repaired? it sounds like a lot". the technician came out promptly as scheduled and shortly after fix the issue and only charged me $200 for the repairs. I cannot praise this company enough.

I am extremely impressed with Pro Edge Services and Training. Our stove died on us and I decided to Yelp on a repair company. Great communication with the owner and timely manner with the technician. They were clear on the process of ordering parts and notified me when the parts arrive and eta on the repair day. The technician was courteous and clear with what he was doing. I HIGHLY recommend them. They are definitely on my speed dial for future appliance need.

I was given a 2 hour appointment window and my Technician Steven called and actually came earlier . He was knowledgeable, and explained everything in terms that I could understand . He was done in less than an hour. I finally have my air conditioner back up and running .

Jorge the technician and his training coworker came those guys were so professional and on point. They had my washer fixed in a matter of minutes and made recommendations for repairs to prevent another breakdown. I appreciate the great quality service they provided to my Samsung washer.
